How to recognize the moment when it is time to start looking for a new agency?

Ad Agency can recall you greatest fears, might make mistakes, go beyond your abilities, propose dangerous solutions, be stubborn. Might be too ambitious and too argumentative. There is a long list of what agency can do.

However, if agency is trying follow your taste – it is time to immediate change – agency has worn down.

It means that the agency had lost their faith, commitment, willingness to fight – most desired features. This is the moment in time, when people stopped care about results, and focused on (your) money.
